Can anyone tell me how to get my signal back please? I updated my phone to 6.0 bundle on bb desktop software and when it all installed with the new layouts etc I am constantly on Red SOS.

It wont connect anywhere, ive took the battery out, sim out, restarted, rebooted the options etc. nothing

Have you tried to go back to the old version of the like an os 5 or the version of os6 you had before? have you tried an other sim card ? sorry i know these sound like basic questions you never know

Just do a javawipe and re-install a clean OS. I've had some upgrades that didn't go quite as smooth as I would have liked and had some bizarre quirks. A full wipe will solve your issue, but do a full backup 1st and only selectively restore only what you really, really need and nothing more. Your BB will love you for it!
