Nope...too annoying, I like being able to look at my phone and if something is blinking then I know I got a message of some sort

Plus I can look at the signal bars to see if I have service...not a big deal to know if I have signal.

If you use a third party program for the indicator light it stays on longer...I use Blackberry Alerts and it stayed flashing for like a hour once...left my phone at home and when I got back it was still flashing

Not anymore. As soon as I saw someone post that you could turn it off (never occurred to me until then, lol) I immediately did so and it's good. I'm a little too easily distracted to have it blinking constantly.

That's one of the first things I turn off when I get a new device (and I burn thru them pretty fast).

I like to see my little sweetie blinking her lovely green eyes at me! Reminds me why I love her so much.

Guess I'm the odd girl out, because I like it on also. There is something comforting about it.

That's the first thing we show new BB users how to do - turn off the flashy green thingy.
