Default How do u erase the email icon permanently?

Please Login to Remove!

Hi everyone! I was wondering if there was a way to erase my email icon permanetly?(and not just "hideing it") thanks!

Your main 'Messages' icon or the icons for your separate email accounts?

And I'm curious why you'd want to do that.

icon for my email account, the reason why I want to get rid of it is because I want to sell one of my old pearls

So you are no longer using that device then? When you moved to a new device, did you change your PIN for that account in your BIS account? If so, then you should just be able to perform a security wipe of the device and the icon will go away and not return.

You can manually delete the service books also.

True, but if she is going to sell the device, it's best to completely wipe it first.

You will want to do this if getting rid of it.

However, be sure that you transferred your BIS account to another BB or had your carrier delete it.
