Default Slow Functionality - Pearl 8120

Please Login to Remove!

My new handset seems to have 'slowed' up in particular when accessing 'Contacts' and dialling a number from contacts. Each action is triggering the timer .....that being the spoke like 'thinking' symbol.. Also any movement in or out of phone logs causes this as well......have I done anything particular that has triggered this......Help please !thanks

I would suspect low memory. Check your file free. Options > Status or Alt + EACE.

Let us know what it is, also pull the battery (with device powered on) and then post the memory after.

That seems to be pretty decent. Pull the battery and see if it runs faster.

Yes, a battery pull fixes a lot of little issues as well. Always try that first.

How is the device working now that you did the battery pull?

Did it seem to resolve your issue?
