last night i was using yahoo messenger on my blackberry and then the screen went black and got stuck almost as if i had pressed the camera button and it froze. this has happened a few times before where ive accidentally pressed the camera button and a small patch on the screen turns into the camera. i took the battery out to try and reset it and the screen was still black. i backed up the data on it, then tried wiping it and resetting it to factory settings using an application from one of the discussions on this website. however nothing has worked to fix the screen, although the LED red light still works and i can see a black backlight on the screen. just wondering if anyone can help me or if i need to get a whole new device, which would be really annoying -.-!
