Default flash anyone?

Please Login to Remove!

will there ever be flash for the BB browser or the Opera Mini browser? I hate not being able to looks at movies on Game Trailers specifically. I'm a huge game geek and would have loved to be able to stay on top of all the video feeds available this week. Has anyone heard anything or is there a reason why we can't see embedded videos?

thanks in advance.

I assume it's just that porting the Flash runtime to java would take a fairly significant effort that neither RIM nor Adobe wants to invest in.

No, I think it has more to do with flash rendering being potentially rather intensive on performance. I think jibi mentioned something a while back about RIM potentially moving away from svg towards flash, but I'd say that's a while back.

Interesting. Hopefully they'll have it up and running on future phones. Hopefully sooner, especially since you can do it on the iPhone. Until than........I'll stick with my Curve.
