go to options advanced options service books

delete all the service books one by one..then restart your phone. then login in to your tmobile account online. then go to blackberry emails and send your service books to get the emails to work properly.

What version of the OS is installed on your Curve? You probably need to downgrade the OS in order to get a Browser.

If you want to kindly suggest someone search while attempting to help with an answer then that's fine. However, posts that only "direct" a member to search are no more helpful than if you didn't post at all.

Downgrade to this version of the Curve OS. It is the latest OS that will give you a browser for TMo. No later version will give you a browser.
