I am using an 8300 & BES. I am not receiving some INTERNALLY sent messages that have attachments. Using a personal email account to send the same email works fine. Again, I am not receiving some emails sent INTERNALLY that have attachments. Any ideas?

Do you have any filters set up on your BES account?
Perhaps your BES Admin has some Global Filters in place that may be blocking these messages?

I would start by having your BES Admin troubleshoot this issue for you, since it seems like an Internal problem.

Thanks, but we have no filters at all. I am part of BES Admin and we are troubleshooting this issue (without any luck). Problem is we are all fairly new to the BB. We hoped that we may have overlooked something and that someone on this forum may have experienced this and have a solution. Thanks for your reply, I guess a phone call to RIM may be necassary.
