Default Cant delete e-mails

Please Login to Remove!

The blackberries we use replicate their e-mails of our server, over the weekend the server crashed and we cant delete any of the e-mails that exist on the blackberry from saturday thru to monday.

Weve tried syncing the blackberry to a workstation to re-replicate the related e-mail inbox to the blackberry in question to no avail, resetting it does not work either.

Does anyone know of an old SAS trick that could help me out?

Cheers folks

Is there any error message that is produced when trying to deleted these messages or does nothing happen at all?

As a final step of action you may need to backup all handheld data, do a secruity wipe and restore the device!

Let me know if there's a error message, that would definately make it easier to help.

Set a password for the device in Options and Security and then lock your device, enter a totally different password then entered previously, this has to be enetered 10 Times!! after the tenth fail the devices hour glass will start spinning and erasing and replacing handheld software...

Connect the device to the desktop manager -> Select Backup and Restore -> Advanced -> Under device databases column, highlight messages and select Clear button.
