Hey all,

I disabled all LED lights from my profile and turned off the LED coverage indicator but I am still getting a steady blinking red lihgt on the handheld. I tried powrring it off, popping the battery out and then replace but to no avail. Is there another setting/feature that also uses the blinking LED?

The blinking red light usually means you have unread messages of some sort. Have you checked to see if that is the case?

Even with LED Coverage turned off it will blink for some period of time - say 15 min or less with a new message. I have mine set that way. No green light for network coverage. Just red for a message.

If you're looking to change it/remove it, it can be done in each profile.

Hmmm, but is there a way to disable that? I don't want the handheld to notify me if there are unread messages and I disabled LED on all profiles (even the ones that aren't active).
