Has anyone successfully installed the RSA secure ID software token on a blackberry bold?

No but I have had a similiar issue on an 8310 with 4.5 firmware. Try uninstalling documents to go then resend the token via email.

I got my installed last night as soon as I got my bold. Send yourself the token via email scroll to the bottom of the email and then import it....

What Secure ID version your are using? and what is your Blackberry OS version?

I have tried version 2, 2.11 and 3.0 but it doesnt work. Not sure if the Blackberry OS version make any different..

My RSA is 3.0 and I am running on .167 att

I was able to install RSA 2.1.1 on a Bold yesterday (not mine boo-hoo). The device was using the latest AT&T OS. I had a bit of a time finding the icon but found it under the Download folder. I emailed the token to the user and imported it without any issues.
