Can the BES itself browse the Internet?
Is your MDS-CS service running? (Probably so, since your handhelds can browse your Intranet.)
If you uninstall the Windows Updates that were applied on 6/9, does that resolve the issue?

Default Bes

I have changed all my users, they now use the internet browser on their device instead of the BlackBerry browsers. Once this is done I have not had any problems with them.

Hopefully you get an answer... because I was largely ignored when I asked. ;)
