Default Unable to connect to the Internet

Please Login to Remove!

I am trying to work on my husband's 8830 for him. His is with Sprint. This afternoon he starting getting the message "Unable to connect to the Internet, please try again later." He shows 1XEV, so it says he has service.

I tried pulling the battery. That didn't help. I tried going to his Sprint Account, but I can't find anywhere to resend his service books. That was going to be my next idea. I am with T-Mobile and can find it on my account there, but I can't find it on his Sprint Account.

Any help for how to resend his service books with Sprint?

Any other suggestions on how to get his Internet working again?

Thanks,

Wanda

The Sprint BIS site is here:

https://bis.na.blackberry.com/html?b...rint&locale=en

He can log onto this and resend his service books.

Sprint is different than TMO. Look here to find the site:

Where can I log into my BIS account? - BlackBerryFAQ.com

Service books might solve it. But you may want to also try Menu>Options>Advanced Options>Host Routing Tables>Menu> Register Now

Thanks both of you for your quick replies. I got it working for him. I had already registered it, but sending the service books did the trick.

I had done a search of the forums for the information, but had forgot about the FAQs.

Anyway, thanks again. My husband is mighty happy right now!
