Shazam Error

When I try to setup Shazam, I get this message:
"Shazam needs to record to your phone. Please set the permissions on your phone to allow recording, Error #1204"
So when I go to permissions and expand to the Recording section, it is set to "deny" and grayed out, so I can't change it.
I checked with my BES admin, he said there are no permissions policies at all on our server that would block this.
Any ideas?
