Email with file attachment never arrived

I sent an email with a 320x240 JPEG as a file attachment to an email address registered on my BlackBerry. I have received all other emails to that address on my BlackBerry today, but have yet to receive the one with the file attachment. The Berry's firewall is disabled, so nothing should be blocked.
Is there anything that should be preventing me from receiving the email with the file attachment?
