I hope someone can help me as I'm frustrated with my phone.

Firstly, it says I have over 500 text or email messages on it but I have not. Also, how do I highlight just the ones I wish to delete in bulk?

Secondly, one envelope icon on top of screen next to this, is in italic, so I dont know what that means and it's driving me mad.


If anyone can help I'd be so gratefull.

To delete multiple messages at one time, press and hold the caps key and scroll to highlight the messages you want to delete. To delete all messages from a certain date back, highlight the date heading and then select delete prior from the menu. To delete all with a particular subject or from particular sender, use search from the menu and then use delete prior.

Don't know about the last question.
