Hy,

I have a problem :

- BES 4.1.4 witch exchange 2007

Mails and caledar work fine in both way....

But PIM work only with BES -> BB not BB -> BES way

Anyone have an idea ? Thank's a lot !!!

What specifically won't synch? Address Book? Memos? Something else...?

Soz, not sure on exchange. If this were domino, I'd tell you to check that the BES server has permission to write changes to the address book/journal on the server.

The other thing that you CAN check is whether they are setup correctly in the users' profile on BlackBerry Manager (i.e. does the address book have "Synchronization type" as 'Bidirectional', as opposed to 'Server to Device'?)

Yes of course it's bitdirectional on pim sync options.

have look the logs very close and I found two things anormals :

In MAGT LOGS :
FindDeviceSendTransaction: transaction not found in current device send list, Tag=71467

And in windows viewer application logs I have frequently :
