Default Cover/Case/Skin Opinions?

Please Login to Remove!

I'm looking for a way to protect my Pearl while in my clumsy posession. Any opinions on a hard case vs. rubber skin that just covers the sides? I saw a full on rubber cover and I think it looks ridiculous.
And I'm not looking for a expensive thing, just something that keeps it as good looking as when it came out of the box.
On a side note: What the heck is the difference between a cover, a case, and a skin????

I recommend starting with a complete Best Skins Ever and then deciding on how you want to carry your BB - pocket, belt. Then look at all the options and reviews here.

I bought myself one of these on Ebay and I am very impressed. It does not change the bulk of the Pearl too much and still allows you to use all the buttons and functions whilst protecting the keys and screen, and all for less than £10 delivered.

Well recommended.

Thanks
Mike

I just recieved my Best Skins Ever "Full Body Skin" yesterday and stuck it all on, seems to work well and if you get all the water/soap solution out well with a credit card you can't even tell by looking that you have anything on the Pearl.

However I do notice that when holding the Pearl now I can feel the edges slightly on the back battery plate, and it is stuck on PERFECTLY lined up, so nothing is hanging over, it's a little different at first but I guess I will get used to it.

I also put it in the magnetic closing leather Blackberry holster and it works very well.

I agree with the previous responses. The best skins ever full body skin is awesome! It is preference. Do you want a clear or designed (sticker/sticky type skin - think second skin) cover? A hard or leather shell (case/cover)? It seems that alot of people want both. You want to prevent scratches, possibly eliminate or minimize damage if dropped, etc.

BodyGuardz has a protector that covers the whole body of the Pearl device. Inexpensive and tough. Well recommended.

Default My opinion: Best case hands down for the Pearl

Lambskin case with or without low-profile swivel belt clip:

::.. GIZMO SKIN - CASES. POUCHES. HOLSTERS
