Send message marked as private

RIM reports that they do not have a feature or know of an app to allow messages sent from the Blackberry to be marked as private. Does anyone know of anything like this? Our attorneys share their mailboxes with their assistants, but there are often confidential internal messages that need to be marked private so those with rights to the mailbox cannot see the message. We would like to resolve issues where an attorney forgets that the Blackberry cannot mark messages private and sends a message that should be marked private from the Blackberry, and the assistant then sees it.
This would be for an Exchange 2005 environment, with Outlook 2003.
