I have a user that used to have a Nextel blackberry and Nextel was forwarding his email to his phone through our pop3 server. Recently the user has upgraded his phone to a Sprint Pearl. He would now like to receive his mail through our current Enterprise server. We have 6 users that all run verizon and enterprise activation was a breeze. When I try to activate this phone I keep getting the Error has occurred message. Please see system administrator. I have checked the logs and these are the only relevent ones I can see pertaining to the new user.

Thanks for the help everyone. I tried verifying this with the person who set the phone up and they said they had it setup right. Come to find out they ordered the wrong plan. Thanks again!
