I have been finding recently that after a call is over, the converstaion part, and I hit the red end key, my calls are not hanging up. I have to firmly push in my end key or trackball end call.

Is anyone else having this problem.

Besides this, the incoming call while your hanging up\calling our issue and the ever present low ring volume, i have no issues with my bb.

I even dropkicked it 10 yards, on accident of course, popped the back cover back on and my phone still works like a champ. Does verizon let you send in a phone because its scratched? I did not have my silicon skin on at the time. No the skin is like my Amex, I don't leave home without it.

Sounds like the "drop kick" has caused a problem with the keyboard. If out of warranty and with the scratches, they likely will not repair for free

but for 50 bucks, insurance should kick in, right?

I've had this problem since day 1 and there's no damage to my bb. However, the problem is more prominent when I'm accessing my office voicemail for some reason. Most of the time I have not problems ending the calls.
