I recently set up my Tour with my Lexus RX350. No problem it connected and in no time I had my phone book transferred and I was making calls. Now when I get a call I have a problem. Even though my phone is connected the call does not ring through the car. And if I answer it from the phone I instantly get a message saying do I want to rout the call to the handset. If I say yes then the handset works. If I say no use the Bluetooth the call connects but I can not hear anything through the car. The screen does not even change and the pick up the call button on the wheel does nothing. The phone is showing the Bluetooth call is proceeding but I can’t talk.
Now I read through the manuals for both the car and the phone and I checked that is a compatible profile. And it is. I disconnect from that call and dial from the car and it works fine still for outbound calls.
