I have a number of email addresses, all of which I forward to my Blackberry email address so that I can receive them when I'm out and about.

For a variety of reasons, such as service down, Russian characters in the email, too large an attachment, etc. there are times when my Blackberry won't accept the email. On these occasions it bounces the message to the sender saying that it was undeliverable. Of course, this isn't the case... the email was delivered perfectly to the original email address.

This happened this morning. For some reason the Blackberry service went down. I received emails fine, but got three calls from customers telling me that I had a problem and they couldn't send me emails... all of which I'd actually received.

How can I stop the Blackberry service from EVER bouncing emails? I don't need it to because, if there was a problem with any of my true email addresses, they'd already be sending a legitimate bounce.

Very much hoping somebody can help me with this frustrating problem.

I doubt you can change this behavior. It's not your device that is bouncing the message, it's RIM's BIS servers.
It's not something you have any control over.

If you are using the carrier supplied email address and that is what is bouncing, then stop using it. Some of us do not recommend using it at all.
