Hi.. I reside in the Philippines and I recently purchased a BNEW Storm 2 9550.. When I first used it, it had Facebook, AOL, ICQ, Etc. But when I inserted my Sim (SUN Cellular) which is available only in the Philippines, those icons dissapeared... A little help? Also my MMS feature and Email Setup was unfound after i wiped my device. There is only SMS.. Can you please help me? THX in advance

Those icons were not for applications, they were simply links to install those applications placed there by service books from the previous service provider. Further, MMS and E-mail will only work if you have a BlackBerry service plan through your provider. According to Sun's website, Sun Cellular, Sun does not offer BlackBerry data plans. If you wish to use any services other than voice and SMS, you will need to switch to another provider. I recommend SMART.
