As advised to me by one of my UK carriers:

Bet it is BIS 2.8 as suggested above. The US shoudl be the following weekend perhaps?

Is anyone else having issues with not being able to get emails . I can send but not receive and on 2 pop 3 email a/c's - it asks to make sure messages are left on server even though I have not made any changes.
