constant beep after 2nd call

8310, att, BES,... This device gives a small beep after the user gets a second incoming phone call while he's in the middle of a current call. He'll finish with all parties and there is a small beep every 5 seconds or so, which lasts for hours! He's using a normal profile, (i've set every tone to none except for the phone... with no luck). What is that beep and how do I turn it off? Non of the other devices are doing this. The beep will persist, even if he makes or receives other calls.
