Default Won't access Storm files in Explorer

Please Login to Remove!

Just replaced my storm. Transferred SD card etc, no problem. But when I plug Storm into PC it does not read the internal memory or the SD Memory card. The phone reads them both just fine, all my music, pics, video are all there.

Under "Memory" options all are "Enabled" , "Yes" and "On".

I've uninstalled and reinstalled drivers, battery pull, standard tricks.

Desktop manager software recognized Storm, backs up, syncs to Outlook etc....

Just don't get the memory sources as avaialble drives in Explorer like it should/used to so I can't move files around easily.

Thanks in advance.

Default Re: Won't access Storm files in Explorer

I'm not an expert, but on my BB I think my settings under Options > Memory

are set:

"media card support" on
"media transfer protocol (mtp)" off
"mass storage mode support" yes
"auto enable mass storage mode when connected" yes
