Why, when I send an email from my device does it show undisclosed as the sender?

Does it show that ON your BlackBerry, or on the receiving email you read elsewhere?

Both! Email recipients see it on their end and assume that I have distributed the email to a distribution list when I send them their response.

Is this occurring when you compose a NEW email?
If so, at the top of that new email, scroll to the top and what does the "Send Using" state?

Do you have a default email service selected in Options > Advanced > Default Services?

Not new mail, seems to be just responses to others email. I do have default email services selected, but for whatever reason my gmail account overrides my business account, even though I have that designated in the default email services.
