I have a BB Bold 9000. For some time now I receive daily emails sent to my BB from a friend of mine. The friends name is misspelt - it has an additional 'r'. The subject is "Sent from my Iphone". It contains an attachment - a jpg. The email account is synchronised with my email provider. When I go online on my laptop, I do not see the email. It only appears on my BB. The emails before and after the rogue email appears on my laptop. How do I stop receiving these rogue emails?

I suspect either your email client or your email server is filtering the message so it doesn't appear in your inbox. Mail delivery to the Blackberry usually bypasses, at least in outlook, client side junk mail filtering. For junk mail/spam filtering to work from the server, mail delivery to the Blackberry actually has to be slowed down a bit to allow it to scan. What client are you using, and what are you using on the server side?
