Hi all, I'm planning to buy and unlocked bb in the states. Since the buy will be done from Chile (far away) I don't mind to pay a bit more from a more reliable source, like amazon.

Is there a reliable online store having unlocked bb's?

The 8300 isn't out yet so I doubt that you can find one. As for the 8800, it is only out on the Cingular network. You can always buy the device and then unlock it yourself, however, it will have the Cingular branding on it.

As for buying on Amazon, I think you have o buy a service plan as well.

I haven't. Is it reliable? Can I have a cingular phone without a voice plan?
