Default ALT+I / ALT+O stops working on all devices

Please Login to Remove!

I can't figure out what might have caused this, but all of our devices have stopped recognizing ALT+I (show incoming messages) and ALT+O (show outgoing messages) in the message list.

I'm thinking it HAS to be a BES related issue since all devices (7250, 7103, 8703e) are behaving the same way.

The only recent change to the server was to upgrade to 4.0.6 SP1 in order to support the DST changes. Running that version of BES for Lotus Domino.

If anyone has any ideas, let me know. RIM support is REAL tied up these days.

Thanks!
