I was trying to back up my third party applications when Desktop Manager stopped recognizing the BB after I disconnected from USB. I have tried rebooting uninstalling and reinstalling Desktop Manager, reinstalling drivers, I've done a battery pull - I'm out of ideas. This is via Vista OS installed on my Mac via Parallel.

Did you try searching and/or looking in the MAC section?

Are you plugged directly into the MAC or are you using a hub?

I'm using a hub, I've tried it into the Mac directly also.I also have a PC. It appears the BB is connecting to the device so I may be OK. I'm downloading it now, I'll come back and let you know. Thanks for looking.

I'm using the PC, mods, feel free to delete this post. Nothing wrong with BB.

Or switching to the PC fixed it?

I might consider giving a shout over to the Mac Users forum.
