How do I transfer photos (and other media) from my Blackberry to my computer? I can't see any option for it in the desktop manager?

I have an 8310 Curve.

Use the Media Manager...

The CD that came with your Blackberry should have installed the media manager with the Desktop Manager.

Also if you have your device set up to utilize mass storage, you should be able to copy these files off of your removable memory card just like any other file.
