I have a Blackberry Storm and my emails keep disappearing off the BES account. My AOL and Verizon accounts are still showing all my emails.

Now I can receive and send emails and keep those new emails, its my old emails that are missing. My OWA keeps records of all the emails, so they aren't completely missing.

I am aware that the Bb device only keeps 2 weeks worth of emails but even those are gone. This is the 3rd time it has happened. I've removed the account from BES and re-activated it again and this re-syncs it but only for a little while before the emails get deleted again.

Please help, thank you in advance for any comments made.

Do you have any rules in Outlook that are filing the messages? If you do, they will show up on the BB until you read them and then 'disappear' into the folder they are filed into.

Only some emails get moved to file folders but even still, I am missing all the ones that didn't get moved into file folders.

Also, if the emails that disappear due to it being filed to a folder in Outlook, can I search for it on the Bb?

Yes, go into Messages > Options > General Options > Hide Filed Messages = No.

Or if you have folder redirection enabled:
Messages > View Folder, select the folder you want to see.
