A month ago we switch the email address for the user from one domain to another. Now we can not delete the messages that the user had under their old domain..they are still on the device. I have searched everywhere for a way to delete the old messages but nothing seems to work. The new messages under the new domain delete without a problem. Battery out and restart, changed the time amount to keep old messages..nothing. Any ideas?

Did you try desktop manager, bacup/restore, advanced and then select messages and choose clear?

Look at Messages, click to menu, view folders, Saved Messages.
