i'm loading up now. Do you have it up and running yet? Browser click issues? I was downgrading to 484/419 hybrid when I found this over on BBLEAKS.com.
Vendor.xml is blank, so you don't have to delete it if you don't want to.
Nice find, thanks for posting.

Eagerly waiting to hear how it goes...and maybe for a different upload site. I'm still leery after that last debacle with a beta and a virus I got from megauploads/hotfiles/whichever one it was as seen HERE.

How's the stand-by on this? Is it the old style using mute? Or the new one?
That and any other issues would help. Thanks.

Browser click issue appears to be fixed. Pages seem to load faster. Standby has not been restored to the old format.

Wirelessly posted (Lets Go Canes!)
I did delete the vendor.xml file. Contrary to what another poster stated. So far no browser click issues. My connectivity seems much better as well. I will have to play around with item more

I have been clicking off native browser continuously and no issues. Browser issue is definitely fixed. Phone also responding better in what I would refer to as dead zones.

Also seems to have fixed the issue with the Send/Share option right after you take a picture. With .484 (I never went to .591) when I would take a picture (and with the picture still on the screen) if I pressed the Menu button I would see 2 Send/Share options. Now I only see 1.

Hah! Found a problem - on the preset speed dial letters (A to lock keypad, Q to change profile, and W for voice mail), you can't change those to a contact. You hit the return key, it takes you to the contacts list, you select the contact number, and BAM - no change to the default setting for those three keys!
Worked under.591 just fine. And of course I used to use all three of those keys for certain contacts I'd associated with mnemonics starting with those letters :(
No other problems so far.

Upper left button or holding down A places in on standby with this build

Link for this one appears to be down. Guess I'll try .662 instead.

Yes. Those keys seem to be hard coded with the device
