Brand new to BB...and already frustrated! lol I have installed the desktop software and I'm trying to get opera mini on my phone (don't have a BB data plan, but have a data plan through sprint). I know that the phone is connected b/c I can see a PIN in the bottom left of the screen. Is there a very simplified set of instructions that show how to load applications onto your phone (read, installation for dummies)? When I click on the application loader, I see some grayed out text under application name that says "the BB desktop software does not have BB device software for the device that you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless service provider or sys admin". When I click on add, I can highlight the operette-hifi-nojsr75.alx file but when I load it says "no additional applications designed for your device were found". Help please!
