Default The storm's back button

My back button does nothing when pushed. I would imagone that means its faulty haha. Is everyone else's back button functioning? I thought RIM established a diffeent function for it at first but then it occurred to me that it never worked since I brought it home. Ugh

Did you do a battery Pull? Could be a bad device. Return it.

Default Same Problem but not as bad

I thought I had the only storm with this kind of problem, it will be interesting to see if anybody else does, my problem isn't as bad as yours, because mine actually works, but it takes a couple of presses most of the time for it to work, have no idea if it's a hardware issue or something with the software, have no clue.....

Both the BB Menu button and the Back button have to be pushed several times to get them to work. Powering off then back on get them working for a while but eventually they stop working.

I think you got a defective one. I had the that same issue along with my end button not working. Just get a replacement sent.

hmm can't say I've had this problem at all with my new phone. I'd take it back to where you purchased it for an exchange or a Verizon store I suppose.
