Moving Icons:

On the home screen, select a icon (don't click). Hit Blackberry button and select "Move". The icon will be selected and now you can place it anywhere you want by selecting a location. Push the icon to lock it in the new location.

You can also move icons to the home screen if they"re not already there (like Maps or Video Camera). Select the icon, hit the Blackberry button and select "Move to Folder". Now select "Home".

Also, you can create folders in the home screen and put any icon inside the new folders.

Well, my MacBook Pro won't even find the phone, it keeps saying that it is unable to connect to my device, so I must use parallels even though I hate XP...
