When you are running blackberry maps, you've enabled tracking, or started gps navigation, or whatever, correct? And once blackberry maps is showing your location, you select send location, select pin or email, etc., and that does not work for you?

Quick look at 8320 specs at blackberry.com, doesn't look like that model has gps. True?

Are you using a puck?

If no gps, then no way for blackberry maps to find your location, unless you input it yourself.

That's correct. The 8320 has WiFi and the 8310, 8330 have GPS. Goggle Maps will show your approximate location using cell tower triangulation.

Don't know what pucks cost nowadays. Last time I looked the cheapest were 50 USD or a little less. I used one with my 8700 for a couple years. Simple as can be to use.
