Default "Radio Off" problem after connecting with PC

Please Login to Remove!

Hi;

I previuosly had BB8900. I bought a BB9700 in good condition. After moving device settings, Memos, contacts etc from 8900 to 9700 via Desktop Manager and inserting SIM in 9700, i have found no signals. I reinserted the SIM but the same results. I inserted the SIM back in 8900 but here also no signal. In "Status" of Options, Radio Off appears but no option to turn it on. While if I insert the SIM in another cell phone say Nokia, here signal are ok. Please assist how to resolve the issue.

Get your money back.
Return the 9700.

Connecting your device to a PC will not disable your radio.

If it happened earlier then it was probably a coincidence.
