31 days ago I upgraded from the nextel BB. 2 weeks in the keyboard came loose and the screen started to separate from one side. Sprint replaced it with no problem. 1.5 with the second phone my trackpad is unresponsive. I can scroll but cannot click. I was told to bring it in for repair. I already tried 2 battery pulls and wiping the phone. I am the only one that has had issues with the trackpad??

Did you drop it or has it gotten wet?

What did you do just before it began to act up? Have you installed any 3rd party apps that might have caused it?

no not all. I brought the phone in and they swapped it out. I had a theme on there that I bought from sprint.com. The tech said 3rd party apps and themes mess up the phones.

Hi,
I have a similar problem with my 8520, with no obvious cause the trackpad has just stopped working. Not the click however, mine has lost all navigation functions (up down left right) the problem was intermittent at first but is now constant. I had thought it was some kind of memory problem but can't get to any kind of factory reset option. Any Ideas, anyone. battery removal, sortware update and removal of all aps have been tried and haven't helped. Do I have any options left?
