I have a 9800.

I am looking for a better loudspeaker and microphone accessory than the built in, so I and my colleagues can sit in an meeting room and use the phone as a conference phone, rather than having to install a fixed conference phone in our meeting room.

Does such a thing exist?

Have you looked at bluetooth handsfree devices? The very ones used in your car may serve a dual purpose.(jabra, motorola etc)
