Default Accessing files on network and saving them to network favorites?

Please Login to Remove!

So I was able to navigate to one of our drive mappings with a couple different folders we have setup on the server. And it saves that location on network history (when you click the files icon)...but how do I save a location to network favorites? I would like to set up each individual folder for each employee. (they each have a folder on the server drive map).

Ok I was able to figure it out for anyone that ever has the issue as well.

Maybe I wasnt clear on my initial post but on the new 5.0 OS devices (maybe it's on 4.x but I couldn't find it) there is a "files" icon application in the applications folder. It allows you to basically map to network drives if your on a BES. All you have to do is enter the path of the folder the same way you would map a network drive on a computer workstation. (for example..\\server\user\file)

You can then access the files in that folder in realtime. I know you could do this other ways but this is a very easy version to set up. (security worries me a bit).

Anyways well when you open the application you have two fields. Network favorites and network history. If you enter the path to the folder that you want and select "go" it will take you to the folder. After it prompts you for network credentials. (only does this on the first time). once you have accessed the folder, the path will be saved to network history. If you click the title bar "network history" it will list the paths you have taken. Select one and hit menu and you can "add favorite". From that point on it will be saved into your favorites.

Im new to BES and looked around but couldn't find the option in my 3 tours. They are all running 4.x OS. All my 5.0 OS devices have this option. Was this option not available in any device prior to 5.0?
