Default Question about getting emails on phone

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BlackBerry Curve 8330 and I am fighting with one of the email addresses that I have never had trouble with until now. It says the email address and/or password is wrong but its not. It won't let me put the email back on my phone and I have no idea what I am doing wrong.

Can anyone help me??

What type of account is it?

Are you trying to enter via the device itself or via your BIS account on the web? Generally if the password has a combination of upper case, lowercase and numbers or symbols, then it is better to enter it using the carrier online BIS site. Less chance of error.

I don't seem to have a problem with my hotmail and yahoo email accounts. It is through mail.com...it use to work until yesterday for some reason.

I'm trying to add the account from my blackberry phone

Add it via the carrier's BIS site. Make sure all of the settings are correct.

If it is there already, delete it and add it again.
