Hey Everyone, we are having a difficult time pin pointing what our issue is. Heres the scoop. We currently use Blackberry Professional Software with Lotus Domino(I know I know, thats our first problem.) Just recently 3 of our Blackberry curve 8530's have stopped showing as read in the lotus notes client when viewed on the handset. We have tried reconcile now, checking the state files and nsf files. They were syncing fine until last week. We (Blackberry support and us) have done everything we can think of short of wiping the handsets, since the phones are not easily accessible. Any insight or thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Email reconciliation is enabled of the BB Smartphones, and BES?

If you do a "reconcile now" from the handheld does it work?
