If you are on BIS, log into the BIS website for your carrier. Edit each email account that you have to add the signature line.

You shouldn't be logging in with a PIN and ESN. You should have a normal username and password that you set up previously.
If you're getting email on your BlackBerry, then you already have a BIS account. Sounds like you're trying to create a new BIS account.

Wirelessly posted (Verizon 8830)

My e-mail signature is derived through auto text. I do not know if any others use that feature for e-mail signatures.

the above settings by JS will allow you to set a signature. If you do not have a username and password, log in via your device. there is an option there to create a username and password. after you create it, then you can log in online.

AND, be sure to add your login/password into your BB password keeper, because you won't use it often enought to remember it! I do this a lot

well you could do that, or just make the username easy to remember and then you can always have the pw resent to you at the website.
