hi
i have a BB 8800 and i have been trying to load the semitric characters support with no luck,
i downloaded and installed the 4.3 desktop manager and after that installed the handled OS provided by T Mobile USA (my carrier).
anyway when i am trying to locate the support through the application loader iit does not appear on the list.
i tried downloading and installing other handled versions from europe (i thought maybe the US version will not include the support) but no luck there also.

will appriciate help.

I don't know if my suggestion will solve your problem. However, I discourage people from using DM 4.3 because of soem of its glitches. You may want to consider looking at 4.2 SP2. Just a thought.
