My bold 9780 is annoyingly freezing.

All application are not launching fast, the BBM is is not launching at all; Uncaught exception is the response.

after sometime it gives App Error 602 and shows "reset".

Please I need help

an example is Uncaught exception:Application net_rim

Uncaught exceptions are usually very difficult to diagnose. They generally point to a corrupt file, bad install or incompatible theme or app.

Dorrion, it is considered bad manners to hijack another users thread. However, since your is similar, check the same links I posted above to see if they work for you.

If not, kindly start another thread and give as many details as possible including error codes. You didn't give us much to go on in your post here.
