Everytime I try to download IM+ Messenger for my 7100i for Nextel, I receive the error message "907 Invalid COD". I need help in getting this downloaded.

I am assuming you are trying to do an Over The Air (OTA) installation.. I would try to install the app using Desktop Manager. Download the zip file, unzip it and install it via DM.
